Crock Pot Honey Chicken

1/4 c. honey

2 T soy sauce or coconut aminos

2 tsp. garlic powder

1 T. prepared mustard

4 skinless chicken breasts or thighs

Combine first four ingredients in a gallon Ziploc bag or bowl and add the chicken. Mix to cover the chicken - cover the bowl or close the Ziploc and marinate in fridge for several hours or overnight. 

Place chicken pieces and marinade in crock pot.  For chicken breasts, cook 2-3 hrs on low or 1-2 hrs on high.   For chicken thighs, cook 4-5 hrs on low, 3-4 hrs on high.
