Quick & Easy Chili

This super simple chili will be ready in less than an hour.


2 lbs. ground turkey ( or ground beef)
1 can ( 19 oz) Progresso French Onion Soup
1 can  (15 .oz)  Chili Beans (I used Bush's;  choose Mild, Medium, or Hot)
1 can  ( 10-15 oz)  petite diced tomatoes with mild chilies
1  packet  (1.25 oz) Chili seasoning mix ( 1.5 - 2 T)

Brown the ground turkey or beef in a large skillet or in dutch oven.  Drain, if necessary.  Add the rest of  the ingredients and stir.  Bring to a boil, stirring frequently, then lower the heat to medium-low and simmer for 30 minutes or more, until liquid has reduced and chili is the thickness you desire.

Serve in bowls topped with shredded cheddar cheese and corn chips.
