Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

great way to start the day, along with an egg & whole grains.   Add liquid vitamins or packet of Emergen-C for even more nutrition.

1 c. organic pineapple juice
1/2 c. organic plain Greek yogurt
1 sm. ripe banana
3-4 strawberries, frozen or fresh
1/4 c. blueberries, frozen or fresh
1/4 c. mango or peach chunks, frozen or fresh
1 T flaxseed meal
1/2 c. fresh baby spinach leaves

Place ingredients in a blender and blend on hi speed until smooth.

*using frozen fruit makes the drink cold and thick, like a shake.
* you can change this up by using different kinds of juice and fruit.... I sometimes use orange juice, pomegranate juice, cranberry juice.
