3 T. cocoa powder
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
1 c. creamy peanut butter
3 cups quick rolled oats
Mix cocoa, sugar, milk and butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil for 1 1 /2 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla, peanut butter and oats. Stir well. Drop by heaping Tablespoons onto a sheet of waxed paper set on the counter or on a cookie sheet, and let cool. Cookies will harden as they cool.
Store in airtight container.
