Country Wild Rice Soup

4 T. ( 1/2 stick ) butter
4 T. flour
2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
6 c. milk
4 c. Midwestern Wild Rice Casserole

In large saucepan over low heat, melt butter, then stir in flour and bouillon.  cook 1 minute, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly.   Gradually stir in milk. cook over medium high heat, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened and bubbly.  Stir in rice.  Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

8 servings.
