Spinach Dip

from the Knorr Soup mix packet

1 box (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry
1 container (16 oz ) sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg Knorr Vegetable soup mix
1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/2 c, chopped onion

Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and chill about 2 hours. Serve with your favorite dippers to your favorite people. 


*I like to put all ingredients in the food processor and pulse to blend, which chops up the spinach so the dip isn't stringy.   my personal preference.
