2 lb ground turkey
1 med. green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 T. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 c. chili sauce
2 T. cider vinegar
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
8 Sandwich buns
Brown ground turkey in lg. skillet or saucepan; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients, except buns. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Mixture should be thickened.
Serve on sandwich buns
