Buffalo Chicken Dip

for all you buffalo wing enthusiasts

1 pound chicken, cooked and shredded
1/2  - 1 1/2 cups  Hot Sauce / buffalo wing sauce  (use less for milder dip)
8 oz cream cheese, cut into 1" cubes
1 cup shredded  Mexican cheese blend
 1 cup Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing

tortilla chips, baguette slices and/or veggies for dipping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In a skillet on medium-low heat, stir together the cream cheese and hot sauce until warm and smooth. Add the  shredded chicken, 1/2 c. shredded cheese, and dressing and stir to combine. Place in ungreased casserole dish, sprinkle with remaining 1/2 c. shredded cheese, and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until dip is bubbling.

Serve with celery sticks, carrot sticks, tortilla chip, baguette (hard French bread) slices... or eat with a spoon!
