1 lb. Jimmy Dean bulk sausage ( I like sage; you can use any equivalent )
10 oz. can Rotel diced tomatoes with chilies
8 oz. pkg lite cream cheese
Tortilla chips
In non-stick frypan, cook the sausage until browned. Cut cream cheese into cubes and add to the pan. Stir constantly until cream cheese is blended into the sausage. Add can of tomatoes and stir to combine. Pour into a serving bowl.
Serve with tortilla chips. It won't last long. ;-)
