Resurrection Rolls

an Easter tradition;   the rolls become hollow as they bake, representing the tomb of Jesus on Easter morning!  When you break them open they are empty inside!"

1 (10 0z) can refrigerated crescent rolls
8 large  marshmallows
1/4 c. melted butter
2 T cinnamon
2 T sugar

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.  Lightly grease a baking sheet.

Separate crescent rolls into individual triangles.

Mix cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl.

Dip a marshmallow in melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar.  Place in the center of one triangle and carefully fold dough around the marshmallow to cover completely, pinching the seams together.  Place on baking sheet and repeat.

Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
