2 lbs. ground turkey
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
( or substitute 1/2 cup canned spaghetti sauce for the tomato sauce and seasonings )
Combine all ingredients in a lg. mixing bowl. Mix well with hands. Shape into meatballs the size of golf balls, and place on a cookie sheet with 1" sides. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
Add to spaghetti sauce and serve with pasta, or serve on kaiser rolls with some melted mozzarella cheese for meatball sandwiches.
