Savory Oven "Fried" Chicken

2 cups crushed cornflakes
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram

1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup fat-free Italian dressing

6 boneless chicken breasts ( or chicken pieces w/ skin removed )

In shallow bowl, combine the cornflakes and seasonings/spices. In another shallow bowl, combine the lemon juice and Italian dressing. Dip chicken in the dressing, and then in the cornflake crumbs, pressing down and turning to coat evenly. Arrange chicken on a rack in a 15 x 10 baking pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25-30 minutes ( or 45-50 minutes for chicken with bone ) .
