Swiss Vegetable Bake

1 (16 oz ) pkg frozen vegetable medley, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup lite sour cream
1 (6 oz ) can French fried onions
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 35o degrees F. Set aside 1/4 cup shredded cheese and 1/4 cup onions.
In a medium bowl, combine the thawed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, 3/4 cup Swiss cheese, sour cream, remaining fried onions, and pepper. Pour ingredients into a 2-quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle reserved cheese and onions on top and bake for 5 more minutes.

Serves 4-6
