Hot Pimento Cheese Dip

1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. hot sauce
½ tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. onion powder
pinch of salt and pepper
4 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ c. sliced pimentos, drained and chopped

crackers and/or veggies for dipping

Preheat oven to 375° F.  Spray shallow baking dish (I used a pie plate) with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, beat together the mayo and cream cheese.  Beat in Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, ground mustard, onion powder, salt and pepper on medium-high speed until mostly smooth.
Stir in shredded cheese and pimentos. 

Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and use spatula to smooth out the top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.  Serve immediately with crackers, pita wedges or cut-up veggies for dipping.
