1 can refried beans
Guacomole
1 cup lite sour cream
1 cup salsa ( mild to hot, your preference )
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
On a large plate or serving platter, spread the can of refried beans to make an even layer. Spread guacomole evenly over the beans. Top with a layer of sour cream, then a layer of salsa, followed by cheese, tomatoes, and sliced olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
